Went in looking to get my e-bike repaired today, instead I got talked down to because my bike isn’t a brand they carry. Literally told me I’d be better if buying a new bike rather than bring my bike in to get a replacement crank shaft bolt. Kept telling me it probably wasn’t worth fixing. Update : I told their sales person I bought the bike used for 400, that’s does not dictate the quality of the bike, your team member behind the counter still told me my bike wasn’t worth fixing when I literally came in to see if you had bolts in stock, instead of looking up or trying to see if y’all had the bolt in stock he chose to try and talk down to me a... Very happy with price and service at Contes Richmond. Purchased a new bike. Everything was setup great and they offered to make any adjustments. The price was the best I could find anywhere and the 10% gift card made it a deal I could not pass up. Would definitely recommend Conte’s.

The gentleman at Contes are extremely welcoming and helpful in service and advice! I finally come across this shop after several shops in the area had turned me down for bmx bicycle service. I was welcomed at the Kennesaw location but if I he other locations work in similar manner I would imagine anyone would be in good hands! Thank you very much guys!!!
