Roger and the other technician were both professional, kind and skilled. Installing the heater was a long complicated job which they did well. Roger explained what they were doing every step of the way. He also showed me how the wifi thermostat worked both in home and on my phone. Very clear and well spoken. The second technician was very upbeat, alway smiling. Thanks for a great experience!
Great experience! Jordanwas on time, diagnosed my issue and was able to track down a unit to install today . He installed a new UV water filtration system to kill bacteria. No issues and the installation went great. Jordan-was professional told, explained what he was going to do and I couldn’t be happier..
