Highly recommended! Incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly responsive and helpful. My vehicle was immediately taken back to get looked at by one of their technicians who was able to resolve my vehicles issue in a very reasonable time.

What truly impressed me was their honesty and generosityβthey passed the savings from the part directly to me and even waived some labor fees. I came here to have my oil problem (that I accidentally caused) fixed, & they were very nice about it as well as friendly & helpful. I requested later that they do some additional things on top of the oil change, & they happily obliged. They then gave me some discounts that I am very grateful for. Ever since I came to lacey in 2019 for university, I've taken my 06 ford escape hybrid here for service. Everything from simple oil changes, to big jobs like when my power steering gave out they have done with a kind heart. They are one of the only shops I trust with servicing my car when others have refused. 20/10 would return.
