I don't recommend them. They accepted my car, which arrived at the shop on a tow truck. They took a long time to tell me what was wrong with it. Then they told me they didn't have time for the diagnostic because they had too many cars in line. I spent a week without a car, having to rent one. After more than a week, they called to tell me they couldn't do anything because it was an electrical problem with the alarm and that I should take it to another mechanic. They charged me $160.00 for the diagnostic. I paid it and left with the car. I lost $300.00 on car rental and $160.00 for the diagnostic; I have everything documented. $460 lost. If they didn't know what was wrong with the car or didn't have the expertise, why did they leave it parked for a week without doing anything?
