I am writing this review in hopes that no one else falls victim to the same experience I had today. My experience was deeply concerning due to what appeared to be predatory pricing and a total lack of transparency. ​Transparency and trust are essential in auto repair, and unfortunately, those were missing during my visit. The mechanic even refused my reasonable request for a partial repair, pushing only for the most expensive option. On the inspection details, about my front pads being 95% worn when they actually have 5mm left. (50 % worn). I feel very deceived. Don't go there. Save your money and save your sanity.

Took my daughter’s 2007 Scion TC in for a full diagnostic after years of frustration. Another repair shop had told us the car would always have an oil leak and that she would need to add oil every time she gassed up—which she had been doing for over 4 years.
