Took our Mini Cooper to Cooper’s Garage for an oil change and are happy we did. They did an inspection of the car first, recommended some work that needs to be done during the next oil change and did not pressure us to fix it now. Oil change was reasonably priced. We will be taking it to them from now on. Had a great conversation with John and I got to spend time with Jellybean!
Cooper's is THE best. My wife has been brining her Mini Countryman here for years and I've been begging them to start working on other vehicles. Now that they do, I brought my 2012 Nissan Xterra into the shop for an inspection and an oil change. I'm so glad we are now both able to bring our cars here. There is no other shop we want to go to. We trust John and his crew completely - beyond just cars.
My 2015 Audi Q5 was having oil consumption issues. I was on the brink of trying to get rid of it since other work I had done at another garage did not solve the problem. I talked to John at Cooper’s Garage and he and the team encouraged me to let them do a piston soak. After talking to their expert Audi mechanic, Patrick, I decided to go forward with the work. The car now drives like it is brand new. I took it back today for the free 1,500 mile check-up and the oil consumption is normal! These guys are great at explaining what needs to be done, creating trust, not overselling and they are affordable. It’s a friendly atmosphere and I love being greeted by Jelly Bean (John’s dog). I have renewed confidence in bringing my car into a repair shop. If you have an Audi with an oil consumption issue or just looking for a great place to bring your car for repairs and maintenance, I highly recommend Cooper’s Garage!
I genuinely can’t express my gratitude enough for my new GO-TO garage for my Mini. Genuinely educated and delightful staff, and incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and helpful owner, John, not only told me all of the things I wouldn’t be told my the Mini Dealership, but pointed out all that they missed. Genuinely grateful for them and the help I received, and glad to be a regular there from now on, 100%.
