My truck sat at another shop for almost a month. I had it towed to Franklin automotive. Within a couple days I had an estimate. The truck was fixed by Wednesday of this week. Less than 5 business days and I have my truck back. I couldn't afford the needed tune up. I was going to complete the tune up myself. Ben replaced the spark plugs free of charge. Because it needed it . THANK YOU for the honest work and dedication to make sure the vehicle was right before leaving the shop

I had an excellent experience with Franklin Automotive. They replaced my transmission and also fixed the screen in my Jeep, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were completely transparent about pricing, kept me informed every step of the way, and were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Ben was amazing to work with communicative, honest, and made sure all my questions were answered. And Thomas is an absolute rock star mechanic. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from the entire team. My ‘79 Scout restomod stopped running and I had to have it towed into Mike’s shop. The truck has an aftermarket wiring kit installed and a Chevy LS3 engine so it is not your typical Scout. Mike was able to trace the wiring to find the issue. He also repaired some other issues with the wiring that likely would have caused other problems. Thank you to Mike and team at Franklin Automotive Service for the great work!
