Vacationing in Franklin, TN and my check engine light came on. I have a 14 1/2 hour drive ahead of me to get home and I don’t know anybody here. I went to AutoZone to have a diagnostic check done. They printed out what was wrong and gave me McLean as a garage to go to. When I got there, I was stressed out and upset and scared. This was gonna cost me tons of money or that I was gonna be stranded in Tennessee the guys there hooked my car up to their own diagnostic machine and found out that there actually was no problem with my car. McLean Auto is the best out there. Great people who do great work at a fair price. Cherry on top, they have funny jokes! Very personal and professional. I am so happy I found them and don't have to feel intimidated or treated like I know nothing every time I need to take my car in to get looked at like I have taking it anywhere else. Highly suggest McLean!

McLean Automotive does both amazing work and honest work and those two things do not go hand-in-hand very often in this line of business. I ended up needing a whole new transmission and they were able to get to my car quickly (even before they thought they would be able to since they had a cancellation), they followed their promised deadline, and best of all, the quote they gave me on day one was the exact price I was asked to pay when I picked up my car two weeks later - down to the penny. My husband and I were passing through Franklin on the way to FL and had to stop unexpectedly due to the check engine light being on. The guy at AutoZone recommended this place and we called. They were able to get us in right away and the it was a quick and easy fix. The guys were super nice! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place!
