Called and talked to Joe about my issue with my AIO computer. He explained everything well and showed up when he said he would. Had my computer for a couple days, couldn't replicate the issue but provided some great insight. Also upgraded the RAM, which seems to be working so far, issue hasn't happened again! If you have computer/laptop issues, I highly recommend Joe and his team!!
What an amazing service! Called Joey up and he picked up computer, repaired it and returned it in one day. Then I called for a second computer and he came to house and fixed on the spot! Next trip. Joey was quick to respond. Came to house, replaced laptop battery, fixed noise in main computer, and fixed software issue all in one visit! Also less expensive than going to a shop!! Highly recommended!!
To say I am a computer guy is saying it mildly, I have been doing my own custom builds every 3 years since the mid 90's. A few days ago my computer would not boot with a 02 BIOS code, and I could just not figure out why and what component was broken. So for the first time in my life I called a computer repair store, and I selected Computers.vegas. They were super communicative, calling to give me updates, and after 2 days they had it fixed. Luckily my motherboard had to be reset so no component was broken. They fixed the issue and they did not try to upsell me anything, which was my biggest fear going with a repair shop. I was super happy with their services, can only recommend.
These guys are great. My HP Omen 25L was not turning on and they had a diagnostic plus plan to repair the next day. Joseph was very helpful and kept me informed. Great pricing too.
