Martin & Sons Home HVAC always goes above and beyond for their customers. They truly care about keeping costs reasonable and making sure you understand every step of the ac repair and maintenance process. Our last technician, Preston, was very professional and took the time to explain all the details about the work and costs involved. We recently had our vents cleaned and the filter holder replaced. While vent cleaning might be a bit pricier than some of the smaller companies, the quality and peace of mind is worth it, especially in the hot Nevada summers where having your AC run smoothly is so important. I recently needed heater repair at my home in Las Vegas, so I called for help in the evening. The technician, Terrance, arrived within an hour, which was really fast. He carefully checked my furnace, explained everything he was doing, and really seemed to know his way around the heater system. Later, when the replacement part was ready, Greyson showed up even earlier than scheduled to install the new inducer. I highly recommend Martin & Sons Home HVAC. Jude came out for the service call and was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions in simple terms. Jude was also very friendly, arrived exactly on time, and was respectful around our pets. When our furnace stopped working, we first contacted another HVAC company we had used before. They told us the only solution was to replace the whole furnace because of its age, and said it would be expensive just to diagnose the issue.
