Excellent installation by Carlos and Wilfredo. I highly recommend their work—they were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. Before leaving, Wilfredo took the time to walk me through everything that was completed and made sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely be calling this company again for any future needs.

Needed our hvac system serviced. I’m very particular with contractors inside our house. ZenAire made me feel comfortable in my own home and took care of our issues, I was walked through the necessary steps and they showed me what preventative measures I can take for the future. Overall I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to family and friends.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They destroyed my whole unit to the point that another home warranty company wouldn’t even touch it and I had to pay for a whole new system, out of pocket. This is how they left my unit, on the roof- For a year, surely because they knew I wouldn’t see it. Dented, electrical completely exposed, etc. They also knocked my power out and blew the GFI in my house when they were doing the repairs. I paid $1400 to them in addition to whatever the home warranty covered.
