Gold star service all around!! You definitely get what you pay for with Prestige. Our plumber Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He patiently walked us through every possibility and happily answered all of our questions. Not only was he transparent and prompt to follow through on promised repairs but he took the time to placate our hyper dog. I can’t say enough good things about this company or their employees that Ive met. Thanks for the new well water pump, tank, filter, and misc. repairs!! To anyone trying to decide if it’s worth the cost to have professionals do the work I can honestly say YES!! True craftsmen that take pride in their work and it shows. Very Professional. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Performed work same day after approval of pricing. Pricing was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. I was left feeling like I got what I paid for. Addressed all my questions and concerns. They were able to articulate my issue in a way that a non-plumbing expert could understand, as well as what they did to fix it. They diagnosed and fixed a leak in a drain under my free-standing tub in less than 2 hours from start of work to complete with all issues resolved and tested. They offer a membership program which appears to be a good value and added peace of mind. Overall great experience and will be my go-to for all future plumbing needs.

I met this company at Tavern day in Burlington back a few months ago. I had spoken to them about previous work, had questions in regards to my well water filtration system, and of course had a leak coming out through some pipes that needed to be replaced. Anthony was pleasant the second he came to our home. He greeted us all and his care and concern was there, not faked at all. Showed him the problem area and he gave us three quotes on how we would like to repair it. Also by joining their perks program, it helped lower the bill as well! Always a bonus for that. I'm no plumber and am lost in a maze when it comes to that but Anthony helped explain everything he had completed and the whys behind it. The best part besides Anthony's great service was the fact the job was completed the same day!! I was waiting to have to schedule another appointment but not with this company. Great job and I should of found these guys a long time ago! James

Had a plumbing issue one night (toddler flushed some toys down the toilet) and two of my toilets were not flushing and backing up into the shower. I called Prestige right away and they said they would be out first thing in the morning. They arrived at 8am and took care of everything. Joe F was awesome. He explained everything to us and laid out all of our options. He kept us well informed while performing the work and was extremely thorough with the clean up.
