Through my role as Director of the volunteer group Black River Action Team, it's been my pleasure to work with Rockingham Recon since July of 2023. I've experienced STELLAR service, communication, strategizing, execution, deliverables, you name it. I can't recommend this service highly ENOUGH! Mike makes himself available and delivers high-quality videos at what seems to be a moment's notice. He follows exactly what I tell him I need, accommodates my nit-picking, explains his process and capabilities clearly and respectfully, and has ALWAYS delivered a top-notch product. Creative, outside-the-box thinking, a willingness to try a new angle or new approach, and meeting my needs at every turn...I've never once been dissatisfied or disappointed. Whether he's chronicling an ongoing erosion issue high in a mountain-top ravine, documenting a beaver wetland or a floodplain, or filming a long-term volunteer project with time-lapse, Mike is my absolute Go-To for high-quality drone services. I am not only thrilled with the work he's already done for me, I'm excited about the diverse suite of projects we have just begun to plan!
