Absolutely amazing experience. I came in with my laptop that I've been trying to diagnose and fix on my own for several days. The staff took one look at it and identified the issue instantly. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him with my device. He explained everything he is planning on doing and you will learn a lot about your device. Overall I highly recommend this shop.

My external hard drive (formatted for Mac) that had 10+ years of pictures, documents, etc. all of a sudden stopped working. Boris was able to extract all of the data within a week! He and Kristin provided fantastic customer service by keeping me updated every step of the way to ease my stress. When I dropped it off, I also enjoyed chatting with Boris about life and getting to know him. He also gave me tips on how to avoid a corrupt hard drive. They even called after I picked up my new hard drive to make sure everything worked out and if I had any questions (they didn’t even pitch me to write a review).
