Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and reasonably priced. He replaced a charging port on my older laptop within about 24 hours and replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the internals as a courtesy. Very nice guy. He works out of his home, so this address is correct.
Joe diagnosed that my laptop was too damaged to repair cost-effectively so he offered me a comparable refurbished one at an excellent price, and the total cost was very affordable. Nice guy, highly recommend!
