We just got our windows and storm door done 2 days ago, my husband and I love it💖 it's durable solid, way more quiter than it used to be before we can hear a loud train noises and car on the street but now not anymore. Storm door a very classy looking Universal Windows Direct did a great job It's highly recommended
The window installation was done very well! The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was fitted neatly and securely. The windows look great, and the work area was left clean afterward. I’ll be doing a second review in the winter to check for any air leaks or drafts, but so far, I’m really happy with the quality of the installation and the overall service
They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were pleasant and accommodating answering all of our questions. The few discrepancies that I found were fixed right away. They walked around with me and made sure that i was pleased with everything. They cleaned up after they were done. The new windows make my house look even more beautiful. I look forward to having cheaper energy bills and yes I would definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct to my family and friends.
Very smooth experience from beginning to end and the windows look beautiful! Such an incredible facelift for our home. A four man crew installed all 13 windows in less than 5hrs. They cleaned up everything and left our home exactly as they found it. We would recommend Universal Windows!!
