Several years ago, I had a large skylight (4'x10') replaced by Skylight Specialists. The installation was well done and there had been no issues. Recently, however, I noticed that the caulking on the skylight was cracking and peeling, so sent them a few pictures of the problem. Skylight Specialists responded promptly, stripped out the old caulking, and replaced it with new caulking. I’m very pleased with the service and the professional way in which they resolved the problem—even after several years of use. Great service and support!
