Great store! Very helpful staff that brought my snowblower home for free and taught me how to use it! Love the way this store is put together!

This is the Ace hardware store I choose to visit when I need specific products. All of people there are extremely helpful, polite, friendly and professional. If I call into the store with questions or arrive at the Columbine Ace hardware to find what I need, every person I speak with is solicitous of my request and more than willing to provide the help I need. These people know their store.

Horrible service as soon as I walked in a older gentleman came up and said what you looking for I said a curtain rod hook he said well you probly won’t find one here and acted like I should leave I said I need to look for other things too he then very disrespectful said this is a small store I proceeded and did find what I was looking for and that customer service guy almost found what he was looking for good thing I was not short on patience today!

Jim was amazing! I came in looking for 18x4 material to make baguettes - if you can believe it, haha! He went above and beyond to help me out. He handled all the cutting and made the whole process smooth and easy. He really took great care of me. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

I want everyone to know that Columbine Ace Hardware and Jim and his crew have been very helpful to me and my client. We have been in several times the past couple months to pick up odds and ends while updating their home to go on the market. We have been treated with respect and have had all our questions answered.
