Thomas saw the problem was a bent bracket, he straightened it! All with in 10min. He said all looked good and left, no charge! This is the 2nd time this company has helped me with my old garage door & always kind, efficient & so fair! Thank you again!! Highly recommend!!

This business saved us. After our previous door was buckled out by a huge wind storm, the company that had originally installed it refused to put in a new one. A Better Garage Door responded to our call immediately, searched through their contacts till they found us one stronger than the broken door, in spite of our needing a door with oversized measurements, and installed it in a few days. Another company we reached out to couldn't get us a door for another month and a half. The installers showed up promptly and did a very professional job in a timely fashion. They cleaned out the debris from the broken door and left our garage in better shape than it had been for years. All responses were fast, professional and extremely friendly and kind.
