ARC Plumbing completely saved us from having no hot water at Christmas with guests in town! Two days before Christmas, my husband noticed a strange sound and then water leaking from our old water heater. We called ARC right away, and they immediately understood the urgency, especially with the holidays and family visiting. They rearranged their schedule and made it out to us that same day. We are so grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to getting the job done quickly and skillfully. Highly recommend ARC Plumbing!
I hired ARC Plumbing for a full sewer line replacement (cleanout to city tap), and overall the experience was very positive and professional. The total cost was about $6,000, which was very fair and significantly lower than quotes from large national chains for comparable or better scope. From a technical standpoint, the team did an excellent job. They confirmed the diagnosis with a camera inspection, explained the issue clearly, and replaced the entire sewer lateral (about 50 ft) to establish proper slope. They even lowered the city connection to ensure a clean, continuous fall. The crew was large, efficient, and clearly experienced — at ti... The crew was large, efficient, and clearly experienced — at times there were 8+ people on site, and they worked a very long day to get everything done right. They handled unexpected issues well (sprinkler line and gas line in the trench), took care to test systems before closing things up, and explained what they were doing throughout the process. Even though landscaping was excluded from the contract, they went the extra mile and came back to rake, clean, and seed, which I really appreciated. One area for improvement: after the replacement, I expected a final camera inspection to verify the result. The on-site team initially told me this would be done, but later I had to debate this with someone else who was not initially involved. That discussion was uncomfortable, and in my view a post-repair camera check should be non-negotiable for a sewer replacement of this scale — it’s something the contractor should want to verify anyway. To ARC’s credit, they did perform the camera inspection and water tests in the end, and everything checked out. I ultimately gave 5 stars because of the overall quality of the work, value, and professionalism, but the camera debate nearly made this a 4-star review. With clearer internal alignment on post-installation verification, ARC would be outstanding across the board.
Brad and his assistant did a great job resetting a toilet and replacing the angle stops under the kitchen sink. They were courteous, professional and neat. He answered all of our other questions without hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone.
