We had a great experience with CO Structural Repair. After getting several estimates, CO Structural Repair was a no brainer- they were honest without trying to oversell us and advised us on several different options to address our foundation issues. They were incredibly easy to work with, finished the job in just a few days, and cleaned up beautifully. Even received a call to ensure that we were satisfied and make sure the clean up was satisfactory. 10/10 would recommend

We actually ended up using a different company only because they had a good "sales pitch". I never felt i was being "sold" when talking with CSR. We had a very compromised foundation which required 16 piers. In the end, the company we used cost the same as CSR even though the original quote was less. Once i requested everything that CSR had recommended, the cost was the same. I would highly recommend to get a quote from Colorado Structural Repair. Their proposal was actually a little more detailed and it informed my discussion with other company.

Byron, Steve and team were great to work with on my foundation project. They responded quickly to my questions and were as prompt as possible with keeping me updated on permits and scheduling. The team who worked at my house was courteous, contentious about my project and property, and worked incredibly hard to get the helical piers installed correctly. They left virtually no trace of debris when finished. I feel so much better knowing my foundation is secure and that the project was signed off on by an engineer. Would highly recommend CO Structural Repair.

We found that we had structural repair that needed to be done on our foundation. We were given a referral to CSR, by a well known and trusted licensed structural engineer who works in CO. We had excellent service from everyone on staff. From our first call to Stephanie who set up an assessment appointment for within 2 days, to Dave, with all of his expert experience, who came out to assess and make union, to Byron, the owner, who followed the process from start to finish, to Jack who made payments easy and efficient. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Always available to answer questions. They work with independent structural engineers to make the plans, which is so important! We highly recommend them and have already sent our friend to them, because Colorado soil, is Colorado soil.
