I called four different companies and Applewood had the best price, the easiest coordination on the phone, and Isaac was the best technician! Was given a 3 hour window but he was at my door 30 months after I called. Fixed my problem immediately, and the diagnostic price was under half the other competitors. He stayed after the repair was done to help answer all our questions around HVAC and truly cared about making sure we felt solid about absolutely everything about our system before taking off. I will only go to Applewood for all my HVAC needs from now on, and request Isaac if he’s available. So happy to have found this gem of a company.

Jack was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with, I had a clogged and broken drain line below the basement slab causing water backup into my basement. Jack showed up on time and gave me repair options and got to work right away with the option of my choice. Jack did all the work by himself and completed the repair in one day and got my house back to a fully functioning home again. Now it’s up to me to put the basement back together. I Highly recommend Jack at Applewood Plumbing to anyone needing help. I’m Very happy with Applewood as a company and can’t say enough about Jack as a representative for the company. Only negative thing in my mind was the cost of the service. although, when you need work done now from a private company you have to accept the price. I would definitely use Applewood again!
