We've used them for bathroom remodels twice now for their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Every detail is well done and even after the fact they've always been available for followup questions and help. Would happily recommend them to anyone and I've already recommended them to any family members who have projects coming up.
I used Morrow Flooring to install 600 sf of rooftop deck pavers on a hybrid pedestal system and am very happy with their work. The installer and owner took time to thoroughly plan out the work before they cut a single paver. I appreciated them discussing and collaborating on the plan with me so that they knew I would be happy with the end product. They were very communicative throughout the process and their team was kind and courteous. They even went the extra mile to add floor protection in my home so that the workers didn't cause any damage to my floors as they carried the incredibly heavy pavers up three flights of stairs. Very impressed with this team and would definitely recommend them for installing a rooftop paver system.
Morrow Flooring was hired by our general contractor, Stonebridge Builders, as a subcontractor for our home remodel. We were led to believe they were highly skilled professionals. They were anything but.
The owner of Morrow had his son install tile in our hall bathroom and basement bathroom. The basement floor included radiant heat, but the tile was installed so poorly that even other tradesmen on-site were telling us it needed to be torn out and redone. Despite the warnings, we hoped the issues could be corrected without full replacement. Our construction manager dismissed the concern, saying Morrow could “just slap some grout on it and make it go away.”
Instead—without our knowledge—Morrow tore out the entire floor, including the heating system, and replaced it at their cost. They also installed the wrong color Schluter trim, even though the correct color was clearly available on-site. That section had to be torn out and redone as well.
The master bathroom was a complete disaster. Morrow assigned someone clearly unqualified to install the shower tile, shower pan, and drain. We had agreed to use a Schluter/Kerdi system at Stonebridge’s recommendation. When we discovered major installation problems, Morrow initially admitted the shower required a complete tear-out. We asked if there was a way to fix it without total demolition, but Morrow stated that doing so would risk damaging the Kerdi waterproofing system. It should be noted that during demolition it was discovered that Morrow had installed a non compatible drain system into the Kerdi system potentially voiding the Schluter warranty.
Three days later, after having what Morrow referred to as a “pow-wow” with the owner of Stonebridge, they completely reversed course and said they would only do a piecemeal repair—the exact method they had advised against. By that point, we had lost all confidence in their work. We brought in an independent contractor to assess the situation, who confirmed a full tear-out was necessary. That’s exactly what happened—but at our expense, not theirs.
There were numerous tile issues throughout our home as a direct result of Morrow Flooring’s poor workmanship. Their lack of skill, inconsistency, and overall disregard for quality created costly problems that we are still dealing with.
We had to get flooring done in our sensory gym to better improve wheelchair accessibility and quality floor tiles for therapy rooms. Ryan and Shealeen were so attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. We had to pivot plans a couple of time and they were accommodating and professional. It's a great local family business. Great quality work for an affordable price! We are definitely using them again in the future at our business. I highly recommend their services.
Ryan and his team took on our huge project and did an amazing job. Everything from new tile floors, to backsplashes and bathrooms, these guys killed it and our house looks incredible. The detailed work Dustin did on our entry way deserves its own mention. They took the extra time to make sure everything was lined up perfect and was exactly how we wanted it. Couldn’t be happier!
