Just had my furnace (20 years old) go out and contacted Residential Heating and Air Conditioning based on a recommendation from a relative. They had a quick response time and Thomas went right to work on diagnosing the problem. He went over the issues and showed me multiple options from just get it running to full fix and cost for each and of course the option of replacement. After determining I want a replacement he went over my options and cost of each. Once I determined what was best for me, he got the ball rolling. He was very professional, courteous and a generally nice guy. I should say that this installation is in a crawl space that has cement floor and block walls so it is clean but a pain to work in. The installer Chad and another gentleman (sorry but can’t remember his name) showed up the next morning and got right to work removing and installing a new one. I did have some notes on filter size and a couple other things. Chad went over those concerns and gave me a couple of options with the pros and cons of each to help me make a choice. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional and got the job done quickly. The electricians showed up right after installation and verified the electrical and installed the new thermostat (ecobee) and again, both guys were courteous, professional and got the job done quickly. System is working great and I love the new thermostat. Wi-Fi for control from your phone and a lot of options to expand for sensors and even security options plus alerts if your out of town and there is an issue with your HVAC systems. Price was fair and service was great. Thanks to everyone at Residential Heating and Air Conditioning (also all you people in the back ground doing scheduling and the phone work) for getting me up and running again. I will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs.
