I wouldn't recommend this place to any of My Family or Friends. Had A bad experience. My Truck had A slow leak coming from the Manifold which was told through A Transmission mechanic, that done Transmission work. I then take My truck to CMD they said it's $165 to diagnose the Truck, I did mention there is A leak in the Manifold. Office Sales rep calls & says it is your Manifold. I approve the $2500 repair he said that will repair your issue. I get my truck back and drive away from CMD. 10 minutes away the Truck starts overheating, didn't overheat before any repairs were made. I go back to CMD they find A hose from the Manifold to the Engine block with multiple cuts on the hose. Common sense is to replace the $10 hose before giving it back to the Customer. They repair the hose, I get home to see the repairs that were done to the truck. I popped the hood to find A tool on my engine, disappointed!! Drive the Car A day later, it overheated again this time I have to tow it back to CMD. Now they said the Radiator is bad. I paid $165 diagnostic fee, why didn't they find it then? Pay another $560 for A new Radiator. What frustrated me more I told them about the Manifold leak, they should've of seen the Radiator issue with the Diagnostic, not when A customer brings it back A second time on A tow truck after A recent big repair. I would not do Business with this Company in the Future!!!

Bill immediately connected me with a tow company and gave me clear instructions on how to drop off my car after hours. The next morning, Bill texted me the minute they opened to confirm they had my car and were already looking into the problem. Within a few hours I had a full diagnosis and a quote. They finished the repair early - and the final total was actually less than the original estimate! My dad works in the automotive industry but lives out of state, and not only did he confirm the pricing was accurate and fair, but CMD even kept him updated throughout the process along with me. I can confidently say CMD has a customer for life. I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty, communication, and kindness. Highly recommend!

CMD Automotive has been great for my Mazda CX-5. They’re honest about what services are actually necessary and don’t upsell like other places do. When I asked about transmission service, they gave me straight answers backed by good technical knowledge. Their prices are fair, work quality is solid, and they use proper diagnostic tools. It’s refreshing to find a shop that prioritizes the customer. I’ll be coming back for all future maintenance.
