From start to finish, the team was a pleasure to work with. I called all around the city about getting a repair for my car and felt that this was the only shop to do deep diligence to diagnose the issue (including pictures) and communicate clearly my options and the price difference. They ended up coming in at 65% of the price of other shops in town, clearly demonstrated care and skill, and felt more like a partner working on a repair than trying to upsell. I came to this shop on referral from a friend. After a pretty scary drive on the slick highway, I booked an appointment with them and was able to get in quickly. Upon arriving, I immediately felt safe and listened to. They got a quote for me quickly and we scheduled the appointment to get everything done.
