I was having issues with one of my license plate bolts not loosening when replacing my license tag and given that I recently moved to the state, I didn’t much tools on me but when I gave The Neighbourhood Garage a call before they closed, the kind gentlemen (I think Andy?) was able to unscrew and install the new license plates at no charge. I have much gratitude to him and his generosity.
Andrew and the Neighborhood Garage have been doing exceptional work for our Bakery delivery vehicle’s for years now. With all of our different vans and trucks, (and there have been plenty) Andrew and his team have done great work, been honest and gave us the best options for the situation. I’ve been bringing our vehicles to him for 8 years now. Oil changes, gasoline removed from a diesel engine (yikes) etc. Great job guys.
Andy works on both of our classic Mercedes Benz, and we love him and his meticulous work ethics. He is the best!
Andy is the best mechanic around in Charlotte! He will treat your car as his own. I have finally found a good shop for my 1994 Isuzu trooper, and have been coming back for several years now. Highly recommend!

First let me apologize to the wonderful staff at Neighborhood Garage and most of all Andrew for not writing this sooner! A stand up guy running a stand up establishment. Truly the last of the great mechanics in my book. After purchasing my 1989 E350 for only $1280 to travel the US, I knew it needed some work. Upon a recommendation I went to see Andrew. Immediately was greeted with honesty and compassion, something I never expected when dealing with a mechanic. Andrew saw the dream I had envisioned of traveling the country and immediately sat out to ensure it would come true. I found him to be compassionate about his work, but also his clientele. His prices were beyond reasonable, especially considering he is in a prime city location! He has never hesitated to answer any question I have had. I have been literally on the opposite side of the country and Andrew was only a phone call away, MULTIPLE TIMES! Andrew is truly a fairy god mechanic! I hope that your business flourishes even more my friend!
