Simon Construction is amazing! From hard wood floors, drywall, moving furniture….and more …in literally 3 days they moved my furniture and started demolishing my kitchen cabinets…pulled up old carpet …sanded my wood floors and are now laying new wood on old flooring….I have never seen any company work so tirelessly and with so much knowledge….they-do it all! More photos to come! September 14 …. They started August 22 and finished September 10 Floors , new doors removed cabinets , replaced stairs …repaired brick stairs outside ! What can I say ! I would have had 4 different companies moving furniture ,doing floors , electrical work …etc. one thing lead to another ! They worked tirelessly and finished 2 weeks before the contract date ! I am in debt ! Miguel and his crew🙏❤️

Can you give a 10 star review. Simon Quality Construction Company deserves that and much more. Miguel and his crew was so easy to work with. They worked on our house for about 2 weeks. They were here on time, worked diligently to get our home back to usable condition. The job they did is top quality. Above and beyond. Simon Quality Construction Company is just that… Quality! We are so happy with the job they’ve done and would recommend them for your project 100%. We’ve found our project guy and would be calling them again for future projects. We found Simon Drywall LLC on Google and read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a call. We had a leak on the roof from rain storms and it was creating some brown residue on the ceiling so we had to get that repaired. Miguel understood our concerns and provided feedback on what he would do to make it better. We also discussed the removal of popcorn ceiling and painting the walls a new color. We also discussed the damaged wood on the window sill and they did such a great job fixing that part. We also asked him to help repair the rotten wood by the chimney outside and alongside our porch light. His team did such a wonderful job fixing the damage and made it looked brand new again. We are very pleased and happy with the results. We will definitely come back and hire them for future projects and repairs.
