I have been bringing my 2011 Honda here for years and I have absolutely no complaints. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge, and they always do such a great job on my car. I go to them regularly, and no one else has touched my car in all the time I have been bringing it here. My car runs perfectly, I trust them completely.
The guys at Auto Shop of the Carolinas were extremely helpful and able to solve my issue quickly! I had a leaking water pump that they were able to recommend potential fixes for and in the end saved me over $1000 of going another route! I really appreciate their thoroughness and willingness to help!
I live an hour away and I will make the trip every time to auto shop of the Carolinas! I have a Prius, and if you own one you know that there are many things that you don't want to entrust to a local garage. And the Toyota dealership will charge you twice as much! I had the battery pack refurbished about five years ago and it's still running strong. I actually have more than 300,000 miles on my 2004 Prius. I recently had a common dashboard computer issue come up and it was fixed for less than half of what I thought it would be! Very good service, and they even have a free loaner car, which is extremely rare these days. If you own a hybrid of any kind, this is the only shop to visit. Don't bother going to your dealership and please don't entrust your hybrid to a local garage. This is the only place to be!
Great experience with this auto shop. Knowledgeable and friendly service. They were able to diagnose my check engine light and the issue that was causing it. They fixed it quickly and for a reasonable cost. I’m grateful I took my truck to them and I’d recommend this business!
