In addition, we couldn’t have asked for better communication and flexibility - Christie was super prompt in her responses and I always felt she would go above and beyond to make our wishes come true, they sure did! I absolutely love my engagement ring and wedding band — with Christie’s help, the set is unique, charming and sturdy. Everything I wanted and more. I grew up in the Upper Valley, my husband was not local when we were dating, but he knew shopping local was important to me, so he bought my engagement ring from Cloverleaf 14 years ago. My matching wedding band followed. We now live about an hour and a half away. I was in the area visiting in October. I fell in love with a necklace, but didn’t buy it because I was shopping for a gift for a friend, not myself, and it seemed frivolous. Christie remembered who I was, and even what I did for a job. Impressive. My husband asked me if I had purchased anything and I told him I hadn’t but there was a tempting sparkly necklace. He filed that away, and at Christmas I was so surprised to open a gift box and see it twinkling back at me. He had reached out to Christie and Pat and asked if they remembered me visiting and they had. They sent him a photo of the necklace to confirm and shipped it. Their customer service is just fantastic. The store is adorable, with so many trinkets and pretty/fun things.
