Our first visit after buying our delightful new car was filled with smiling Service! Despite being an early, snowy Monday morning, people were pleasant, efficient and effective. Providing the “loaner” and undercoating/door edge guards in record time. We wish we could publicly acknowledge the repair personnel but didn’t meet them. We did get to know our Service Advisor, Alex and the wonderful Loaner Advisor, Chantai—who repeatedly treated us kindly and efficiently. Thank you. Our Sales Advisor, Mr Lincoln Newton went so far as to have our sons Nissan appraised towards replacement with a new Toyota all within an hours time too! Lincoln is a young gentleman who is very knowledgeable and worth getting to know! Thank you. Our agent for used cars is Kevin, an extraordinarily experienced happy man, whose assistant did a thorough job assessing the used automobile. ( I wish I remembered his name to publicly thank him too.) We expect to retain this Team in all our future car dealings. We feel that White River Toyota is very well managed—thank you to the behind-the-scenes Management team!!!

The quality of work is exceptional, and the best thing is their relationship with me over 15 years. I',m curious, and always learn a lot from them - about how complicated things in my car work, and how they did the work they did. They always let me know when and why other things will need attention in the near and far future - they have our best interest at heart. They feel like longtime friends and go out of their way to provide a great experience.
