I'm a regular guy ( leaning to the side of not good with technology) who had purchased a drone used offline and never had it working properly. All it took was me bringing my drone in for repairs and service ( after a crash) to come home with a working drone. I can't express the care, education and service they offered. I showed a tech my phone as being new to this I hadn't a clue what app to trust, he assisted and made sure it worked. Since my service in August I've flown countless hours and had ZERO issues. I want to thank the staff for their assistance. I hope to not have to be a repeat customer for lack of skills however I know even buying new that I'll be a repeat customer.
I love purchasing from Cloud City Drones! They are one of the only DJI dealers that will sell replacement parts so we can service our own drones. They've been keeping me flying for years!
