They did a great job cleaning and adjusting a big old blower I use all the time!
Dropped off my pool pump this morning, as it was making crazy noises. They fixed it same day. Best part is that my pump was pretty old and they sprayed a new coat of black paint on it to make it look new, without me asking. This is the above and beyond experience that people appreciate. Thank you
Took a month and half to get back after approving for the motor to be rewound, and Kept being told “it’ll be done in a week”. Customer service was poor at best, and when we got the motor back with was wound to a different standard that required extensive wiring modification to work. The capacitors that we had purchased and included in the equipment were lost and not used, and the replacement capacitors were too large to properly put the motor together. The terminal block that had the wiring labeling was also not resoldered to the fan wires, and the shaft key was missing upon pickup. They were however help with identifying the new wiring, eve... They were however help with identifying the new wiring, even offering to visit the location of installation- but none of this would have been required if fit had been rewired to exact specifications, if it had been done on the original promised timeline, and the capacitors were not lost requiring us to setup a remote mounting solution.
