This establishment blatantly lied to my face. Not only about the timeline of the cleansing process, but about their ability to even clean a shirt. After being told that my shirt could definitely be cleaned within the next two days, I returned on the second day to collect my shirt. I was told that it would actually be three days and to come back the next day. When I came back on the third day I was told that my shirt actually could not be cleaned, yet I was still charged full price. Not only was I scammed out of money by being falsely told that my shirt could be cleaned, I lost valuable time by having to return to the establishment multiple times, just to lose my money. I do NOT recommend working with these people. You are better off mailing it to the next closest dry cleaner than trying to get this place to be honest with you. UPDATE: In the owners response, they lie to me once again by saying that I was informed of the possibility that my shirt could not be fixed. However this is not the case, when I dropped my shirt off, I was told by a staff member that my shirt definitely be able to be cleaned. (Otherwise, why would I drop my shirt off). How are customers supposed to trust this company when they lie in the building, and also lie on their reviews. Do NOT trust this company with your clothing, time, or money.

Prices are not listed on the website or store. To Pressed a shirt 👔 $5.00 to pressed a pans $9.00 very expensive. I’m from SC and this prices are excessive they are the double and triple than other places. 9/24/2025 response to the owner . The price mentioned were provide by the 2 ladies there. Please stay sure your employees provide the right information but based on previous reviews seems prices are skyrocketing for small town in sc .
