Cincinnati Door installed two garage door openers at my home and they were very responsive and professional. When one of the motors went out they came and installed a new opener, even though it was not covered under the warranty. I am very pleased with my experience. Their sales staff and installers are Top notch.

One of my garage door springs broke. The repair was timely, performed quickly, and at a reasonable price point. Lance was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repair and suggest some additional maintenance.

Had a wonderful gentleman by the name of Jon come out for service call on our garage door that would not shut. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, was able to get door to a shut position and quickly place us on their schedule for repair. Pricing was very fair.
