Cincinnati Door installed two garage door openers at my home and they were very responsive and professional. When one of the motors went out they came and installed a new opener, even though it was not covered under the warranty. I am very pleased with my experience. Their sales staff and installers are Top notch.
This company is hands down the best at what they do! Steve made the ordering process extremely easy, with a smile on his face. He made sure we had exactly what we need to complete our new house! Justin did a fantastic job with our installation. He was flexible with our busy schedule and made sure we will fully satisfied with our new garage door. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a new garage door. Looking very forward to see the magic they work with our garage floor!

One of my garage door springs broke. The repair was timely, performed quickly, and at a reasonable price point. Lance was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repair and suggest some additional maintenance.
Had a wonderful gentleman by the name of Jon come out for service call on our garage door that would not shut. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, was able to get door to a shut position and quickly place us on their schedule for repair. Pricing was very fair. Really appreciated Jon's knowledge and ability to communicate the problem to a layperson such as myself.
