Terrible customer service. Didnt show up when they said they would, didn't return multiple phone calls from myself or my husband. Only time I got a call was when he wanted his payment. This is just the tip of our issues with them...but won't go into detail here. Again - terrible customer service...doesn't care about the customer or end result, just his money!

Rented a U-Haul here and then spent two months getting the corporate office to refund all the extra charges this place tacked on after I dropped it off. They charged me for nearly 150 miles I didn't drive, an extra day of rental, and fuel that I replaced before returning. No one was there when I picked it up and no one was there where I dropped it off. So you're on your own with this place when it comes to the rental trucks - make sure you take photos of the rental's odometer and fuel level before and after the rental. Or better yet - rent something from someone else because U-Haul's regional staff were just as difficult (or should I say, absent) as this place.! Gotta love a local business that treats locals so poorly - recipe for failure!

Rented a U-haul from this location. First the directions took us to an abounded warehouse. After finally finding the location the owner put a sign on the door saying that they are closed today. I was able to rent the U-haul and pay online. So after 30 mins of driving around trying to find the location I had to call and get a refund and now have to spend more money to move in one trip! Very disappointed and unqualified customer service. There needs to be compensation for this ridiculous adventure.
