If you are looking for someone to do anything related to your chimney, you need to call Justin right now. He was a dream to work with. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, and charged us what he said he was going to charge us. I could not have asked for a better experience. This was after using the guy who’s been around here for decades - he offended me within about five minutes of talking with him. Justin is the complete opposite. Incredibly professional and just a super nice guy. 100% recommend.
Honestly Justin is one of the most professional people I have ever met in my life. He is really nice and extremely helpful. It was my first time to meet a chimney expert so wasn’t sure of the service before his visit. But I was amazed by his hard work in the crawl space, roof, and attic to thoroughly examine the problem and he did all those work in a very competitive price! He provided me with a detailed report along with photos and has been very responsive answering all the questions even after his service.
Justin has been absolutely amazing. I called him once before, he told me he didn't service my area but recommended me to someone who does. I misplaced the name of the company and accidentally called him back thinking it was the company he recommended. He helped me troubleshoot my fireplace issue and possibilities on other options by looking up my house and pictures sent. He didn't have to do that, but it takes a true good hearted person to be able to do what he did with me. Thank you so much Justin! Keep your good services, it will get you anywhere!

For five consecutive years here on our modern homestead, we have used the services of Justin at Chimney Sweep Experts to clean our nearly 100 year old chimney and wood stove. From the first day we contacted Justin five years ago, he went above and beyond. Every interaction with Justin has been professional, prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. We know he has been honest because we heat our home with a wood stove and we have never had a chimney fire. Our chimney was built around 1930 and it does not have a chimney liner. We needed a professional that would go above and beyond because our family's well-being may have depended on his honesty.
Each year we would call Justin to schedule an appointment and often times it was already autumn when we contacted him. Even when his schedule was booked up for a month out, it was well worth the wait. When the day & time of our appointment was near and the forecast was expecting rain, Justin made accommodations to clean our chimney a day early! Every year Justin would gladly answer any questions we had regarding our chimney, wood stove, or anything regarding burning wood for heat. Justin always inspected the chimney first, then cleaned the chimney from above on the rooftop and then from within the house, taking the stove pipes apart and vacuuming inside the pipes and chimney. Justin always left our home very clean and reminded us as he left that if we needed anything or had any questions to contact him. We truly felt like we were always a priority to him, even when we had to wait for an opening in his schedule.
We find it unfortunate that we will be moving out of his service area after this year, since our homestead is being sold. It has been an absolute pleasure to hire Justin. He truly is an expert in every sense of the word. In the times in which we live, finding a real professional that is respectful and honest can be hard to come by.
