I would definitely recommend Montero’s. We had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and our living room. Ricky was always available to answer questions and kept us informed along the way. The installation went smoothly and it looks great. We felt the price was more than reasonable and it was nice to find a local business to support.

Was very clear regarding options I was interested in and followed up by text that evening with detailed questions. Was willing to communicate anyway that was convenient for me. Straight shooter he is, and thorough. Did not have the same experience whatsoever with “the big companies“. They blew me off and ruined my Saturday after scheduling a phantom appointment via robot.
