I came in with a necklace with a broken chain (not a very expensive one, but I wear it every single day and it is very sentimental) and they were very kind and able to fix it for me right there in just a few minutes. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received especially since I was not a customer there to spend a ton of money and would have been easy to put on the back burner. I will definitely come back here in the future and recommend them for amazing customer service!

I had a great experience selecting wedding rings with Joe & his staff. He is very knowledgeable & considerate of buyer needs. On the day i planned to put the deposit down, I took up at least an hour of his time asking questions, & led him to believe I was ready to pay at the end of the conversation only to realize I left the funds at home! Joe kept a professional & kind demeanor, trusting me when I told him I’d come back the next day. There was no sign of frustration or doubt. Overall, it was an experience I’ll always remember, 10/10.
