I used this company via my Home Warranty. The first appointment they missed. I called to reschedule and they said they called but had not left a message to let us know they could not come. They did arrive at the second appointment for flickering lights and electronics. The tenants let the servicer in. The problem was not occurring at that moment. Their service receipt did not specify anything except changing a light bulb. I followed up with a call to see what kind of testing they did since this was an intermittent problem and I needed to know if I should do anything else. Despite two messages to the company I have not received a call back. I don't know if they completed service requested or if follow up is needed due to very poor follow up communication.
