After Hours Heating and Air

After paying almost 600 Dollars , that the problem wasn’t fixed . When I called 5 days after, they were rude and just told us that they will refund the money on Monday and didn’t want to deal with their “ emergency “ services. I have a family member with COPD where luck of cool air can be a dangerous situation. Even when. Tried to explain the situation to then , they didn’t care. The guy hanged out on my me, when I was trying to explain the situation. He was rude , uneducated and for sure lack of respect and sympathy for a customer of their own . This company is not the same as few years ago.

Super great people! Arrived at my home and driving 12 hours to get here in Delaware and being away for a few months my AC was not cooling. They were able to service my unit and get me cooled down the next day. . Josh did a great job😊

We have used After Hours on several occasions in addition to 2 systems destroyed by ( a tree hitting our house and after a flood). The work they do has prompted me to referred them to Clients and to our Friends. We have been quite happy with the quality of their work and the equipment that they had recommended. The installation was done with great detail and in a timely manner. When it comes to the yearly service plan... They are ON IT ! Customer Service is FABULOUS! I highly recommend After Hours Heating and Air.

I reached out for after-hours AC service and was blown away by their response time! Josh, the tech, called me back within 15 minutes and arrived at my house at 11 PM to fix the issue. He was extremely professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend for any service needs, especially if you need help outside regular hours. Great work, Josh!
