After Hours Heating and Air

After paying almost 600 Dollars , that the problem wasn’t fixed . When I called 5 days after, they were rude and just told us that they will refund the money on Monday and didn’t want to deal with their “ emergency “ services. I have a family member with COPD where luck of cool air can be a dangerous situation. Even when. Tried to explain the situation to then , they didn’t care. The guy hanged out on my me, when I was trying to explain the situation. He was rude , uneducated and for sure lack of respect and sympathy for a customer of their own . This company is not the same as few years ago.

Don't call them unless you are ready to throw money ($100 min) out the window, even if they can't fix it. I called around 5p on a Wednesday, June 30th. They told me they weren't able to fix it that night but would return first thing tomorrow morning, no problem. 24-hours later I hadn't heard from anyone and had to call them only to find out they didn't know when/if they would make it out (the next day either - July 1). Kind of defeats the purpose of "After-hours", don't you think? They never ended up coming. I had to get someone else (and pay them for the diagnostic and to fix it). Now a month later, they sent me a bill. Despite decent reviews (which led me to call them in the first place), I was very disappointed. I realize other jobs may have been on the schedule but think once a job gets started, it should be seen through and completed before taking on other jobs/projects. I realize employees are hard to come by and the work is never ending but don't think services and good business practices should be compromised.
