Bryan's Automotive

My truck was showing a Check Engine and TCS (Traction Control System) codes for the #8 Cylinder misfire. I begin changing the spark plug(s) and the Ignition coil for that #8 cylinder when I noticed there is engine oil seeping out of the Exhaust Manifold bolt. The Bolt was broken inside the engine wall itself. That's when I stopped and realized this simple job was above my level. I called Bryan's Automotive, set up an appointment, they performed a vehicle inspection and called me back the same day. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Bryan’s Auto Shop. They were beyond helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for the weekend. My husband has been gone and I was honestly feeling overwhelmed and unsure what to do, but everyone at Bryan’s made me feel completely taken care of. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely supportive the whole time. They even offered to put my kids’ car seats in their shuttle just to help me get the kids picked up from school… like who does that anymore? It meant so much. Brian's Automotive was amazing to work with! Very fair, honest, and communicated well with us! We had the transmission, and differentials serviced as well as a full inspection to make sure any other maintenance wasn't needing done! I asked if the spark plugs and wires needed done or if it needed a full tune up and instead of just adding another thing to charge us through the roof for he was really honest and said how about we check and see if you even need that done before adding it to the list. I moved to Lacey Washington about two years ago. I am so glad I discovered Bryan's. It's a superb auto repair shop. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I drive a Land Rover and they've taken care of my car nearly every time. If it's something that I must take to a dealer they will nonetheless conduct a diagnostic providing me precise information prior to taking to a land rover dealership. I high recommend Bryan's.
