Had a low tire pressure warning on my dash. Went to Google to search for somewhere to repair my tire, I was in Thibodaux . Chabill’s was the first name and they were just about a mile away from me. Went there, they were very busy and could not get to me for about 4 hours. I didn’t want to wait that long since I live in Houma. So the young man had me drive around to a bay, he put air in my tire for me and told me to contact one of their locations in Houma. Went to the one on South Hollywood. Got me an appointment for the next day at a time that worked for me. They took care of me right away and the best part THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE TIRE REPAIR. Customer service at both of these locations was top notch. When I am ready for new tires they have my business. Another thing is all the employees were happy. You can tell when a company treats their employees good, because they enjoy their jobs and are happy. I got the pleasure of hearing one of the girls on the phone with a customer who was shopping for new tires but had limited funds. That girl gave him a couple different options and told him if found his tire cheaper somewhere else to please give her a call back because they will price match. In these times of prices going up hourly it is hard to budget, so knowing a company understands that some people have limited funds and they want your business and will work with you is really great.

First time going here today for a tire repair. Was not aware at the time that they do not charge for tire repairs. This felt like a blessing after the week I was having. Destiny, specifically was amazing. She handled the rush very well even with less than ideal customers. I need some more services taken care of and they definitely earned my future business!!

Chabills @ Hollywood road, Houma ordered tires for my truck then upon inspection of my truck found broken suspension parts that they were not equipped to replace. Service personnel showed me the issue promptly and offered me the opportunity to have my truck repaired and come back at a later date to install tires. They were extremely polite and did not charge me for the inspection. Very grateful for their professionalism & thoroughness in the inspection. I will definitely be returning for my tires!

Amazing! Chabill fixed my wheel balancing and did my wheel Alignment that was done incorrectly at another place. The customer service is amazing! I will definitely only come back here only for all of my car needs. Do yourself a favor and come to Chabill's you will have the best experience ever, and they will get the job done for you!!!

Shredded a trailer tire and luckily was about 150 feet from Chabill’s on Hollywood Rd. Employees were friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a set of tires instead of one and went with two. The tires I decided on were getting close to the DOT date. Employee advised she did not feel comfortable selling me those tires. She advised there was a set that was not the same name brand but were slightly cheaper. I settled on that set. The location was fairly busy but I was taken care of pretty quickly. I’d definitely bring my business back there.
