A-1 Brake Muffler and Tire Center

Got my dual exhaust last week from A1 & they cannot seem to weld exhaust tips on straight, if their life depended on it! One of the tips they went ahead & welded on was even damaged & they had to order another to replace it. After them calling me back today to come in & pick it up, after supposedly fixing it, the undamaged tip is still welded on crooked, on all 3 axis. These guys can't weld straight if their life depended on it. He kept trying to walk away, throwing his hands up in the air & saying that's the best he's going to be able to get it. Oddly enough, other exhaust shops get them welded on straight & plumb without any issues, the first time they do the job. There's a serious lack of craftsmanship at this business. They come off like they don't even care!

Got my exhaust done a little over a month ago.. was happy with it at first, a couple weeks after it been done I began to hear a rattling noise, come to find out it was my exhaust hitting against frame, yesterday while going down the interstate my exhaust pretty much fell out.. Only thing holding it is in my truck frame, truck is running like complete shit not getting the correct exhaust readings, I go back to A1 yesterday (Wednesday) and tell them my truck is pretty much not drivable… I get told my truck can’t get fixed until NEXT Wednesday, it wasn’t a problem getting me in on the spot with a lobby full of people to do it, but now that I need it fixed it’s a problem, can’t go a week without a vehicle when you’re a working person.. Taking my truck somewhere else today to fix their bs.
