Vehicles, a subject that stresses me out when just having casual conversation but Ella & Tim found a way to relax my nerves regarding my vehicles. These two and their staff go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. They are honest about their service, they know how to make their wrongs right, and most of all they provide the best quality service for reasonable prices. Now if you want make shift, tacky cheap service, don’t waste your time going there because they are not in the business of hustling customers. I trust Tim with my vehicles because he treats them as if they are his and sometimes I have to remind myself that they are mine. Tim is a take control master piece and I love his professional demeanor. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping me when I needed y’all the most. God bless.

This place was amazing. Tim and the ladies at the front desk were so patient and thorough about the entire process. I just moved out from Georgia and had never had to use my warranty until my check engine light came on yesterday. I looked up Google reviews and asked the few friends I had and they all recommended Broussards. My warranty department from my vehicle were clueless and had all incorrect information for myself which was frustrating to say the very least. And in turn I was less than pleased and not pleasant to work with and I apologize sincerely to Tim and his front desk. They went to work with my warranty department and after all was done they had gotten my diagnostic and a simple gas cap issue covered 100% I will certainly be bringing my car for all future automotive needs!!

I brought my teenage son’s car there today for what I thought it needed, brakes, oil change, and a tire rotation. It needed an oil change and tire rotation but not brakes. I’m not sure if it was the owner who called or a mechanic but I’m amazed at how honest they are. He said I didn’t need a brake job. How amazing is it to go to a mechanic shop and not have them rob you blind. I asked, how will I know when I need new brakes, he said, well, everytime you bring your car here for an oil change, we check that. Also the tire rotation is free will an already low price of the oil change. They’ve gained a customer for life!! I have already referred my family here. They have future customers too! My family was impressed. Thank you for being honest mechanics in a corrupt world!!
