Certified Clean Care

I bought a 10 x14 wool rug at Sanders Cosign and Design in Monroe, GA for a great price and have truly enjoyed it in my home. I had the rug cleaned, it came back looking brand new. Thank you. Great job.

We hired Certified Clean Care to professionally clean our couch and chair, on 11/10/25. This was our first time using the company. It was such a positive experience in every aspect. They went above and beyond to be certain we were satisfied. I am often skeptical when using unfamiliar companies; due to previous disappointments, such as poor customer service and overpriced rates. Not Certified Clean Care! Both customer service and price were awesome! They were organized during the process. We received a friendly reminder via text the day before the appointment, and a second reminder when the technician, Bradley, was in route. The text included a photo of Bradley with his full name. This was helpful, and gave us a sense of security, as we knew who to expect at our front door. Thank you! Bradley did an amazing job! Our furniture now has a clean and crisp look and feel. Our furniture was a challenge; due to color and fabric. Our couch is a very light beige chenille fabric and chair a cream colored cotton. One can only imagine the difficulty to remove any stains/spots. Bradley did a beautiful job on both! A few stubborn spots lightened significantly, but remained. We notified Certified Clean Care and they gladly scheduled Bradley to return to our house on 11/18/25. Talk about customer service! Bradley arrived with a smile on his face and touched up the areas of concern. He exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. We will definitely use Certified Clean Care in the future for our steam cleaning needs!!! You all rock!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charlie was amazing!!! He not only came the same day we called for a service he was polite, professional, and very thorough. The carpets look amazing and dried almost immediately. I have gone with other carpet cleaners and had such bad experiences that I was hesitant to try again but I am so glad I did! When we need to clean our rooms again I will definitely be going to Certified Clean and if I am able to request Charlie I will be doing that also! Thank you so much for saving my carpet :-)!!!!

What a great service! From the moment I booked the appointment until now has been fantastic. First, the company make sure to let me know the appointment was confirmed, they texted me who was coming and the time.m wish was very punctual. Alberto, the guy who performed the service took the time to explain every single step he was going to take in order to perform the service. Was very respectful and we even had time to enjoy a bilingual conversation! Extra points. Everything was taken care professionally, I loved there was a door to prevent my pet on going out and even the products are pet/human friendly. The service was between 11am until 2 and by the night it was dry. I’m pretty sure we’ll have this service again in the future. VERY HAPPY
