I have used Clockwork Heating & AC exclusively for eight years. They have replaced two existing systems, provided excellent midnight service on old equipment and serviced my current system twice per year over this time. They have always been on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. Additionally, their office staff is most helpful and courteous. I am most pleased.

Let me tell you a story. It was either Christmas 2021 or 2022. Georgia was experiencing VERY cold temperatures. Single digits Fahrenheit. My heat pump wasn’t keeping up. 64, 63, 62, 60… the HVAC kept running and we kept losing ground. I had already had the unit serviced by another company. I called several HVAC service groups, most didn’t even pick up. I left messages on all their machines. Only 1 picked up - Clock-work-heating and air. They said they were swamped and couldn’t get to us for a few days. But just like the said they would, they called me back a few days later. They were the only company to call me back. Since then I’ve had them service our unit fall and spring. We have had some cold days and since they’ve started servicing our system, we’ve never had a day where our system couldn’t keep up.
I’ve been a customer of Clockwork for 15 + years and find them to be honest and fair. Also they have always responded when I call with an issue. Their technicians are always professional and helpful. There are never any high pressure sales. I’m totally satisfied with their service.
Made an appointment online and had a call back and technician at my house less than an hour later. Logan was fast and efficient, but thorough. He clearly explained the issue and my options. Will definitely use for future needs.
