This Company was prompt, very professional, easy to work with and best of all they knew exactly what was going on. My house is located in a getaway area where there is not much of a choice. This company was definitely a find, a treasure really. I have put them on my list of “favorite.“ One less thing to worry about when you have a dependable company you can count on. Johnathan was my technician and I would not hesitate to recommend him on high end appliances.

From the initial phone request until the service was complete I was treated very professionally. A time was given for their arrival and a photo of my tech was provided. Jonathan arrived promptly and was able to quickly access my problem and gave me a quote. It did not require ordering parts or a return visit. He was able to do the repair then. I’m 84 yrs old .. a widow .. undergoing chemo treatments and suffering from a bout of vertigo. Jonathan made the repair in a timely fashion and explained what he was doing and why but what got my heart was he went above and beyond by helping me empty the bottom drawers and clean out the accumulated water. Thank you Jonathan !!! I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service! My dryer broke down and I found Mr. Appliance. I read the reviews and decided to contact them through their website. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and they always kept in touch with me. Jonathan arrived on time, was very attentive, professional, and solved the issue. I truly recommend them!
