Worst customer experience ever, the guy basically broke my Face ID and speaker and blamed on the people that made the phone, don’t go there !!!

Guys there are super friendly and nice, i had a charging problem, they fixed it and the phone is charging perfectly fine now, they also have a great variety of phone and tablet cases

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. After getting my screen replaced it looked scratched I took it back and he said it just needed cleaned and that they would eventually go away. After that it was glitching and freezing up. Then it slid off the console onto the carpet and the screen shattered and my phone went black. I took it back and he was very rude. He told his employee to just ignore me. I do not get how a screen can shatter by hitting some carpet. I had already been complaining about what was happening and told them I did not think it was put on right but was blown off and they made excuses. Now after a couple weeks I have to try to replace the screen and see if they ruined the inside or if that can be fixed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE OR IT CAN COST TWICE AS MUCH!!!
